Fixed Term - Need to Give 28 day’s notice just before 28 days of finish date (if Tenant want to end the tenancy) Open Term - Need to give 28 days whenever Tenant is ready to move out from the property. Short Term - This tenancy can’t be used as a trial and last date should be decided during the start of tenancy.
