The above observations and analysis have given birth to A Cube Rentals Ltd. The company is started in the middle of the year 2022. Till now we have crossed 50+ client base and managing 60+ properties. At present we situated at Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Auckland. We believe to be a bridge especially between landowners and tenants who are still looking for each other. However, we are certainly not such opportunist that just want to dig the market and earn the fees. But we would like to educate those who are looking to rent their properties and those who would have a just wish to have their homes. 

Our primary goal is to rent the property that can give the best value to property owners on their investment. On other side we also take care that rent burden do not disrupt the overall budget of any tenant. Moreover, our mission is to bring a kind of awareness in the property market where landlords and tenant both have the knowledge of their rights and responsibilities.

He is carrying some of the core competencies into sales, marketing, and business development. With 2 years of job experience of the industry Anuj has become an intense performer. He established himself as one of the successful property managers. As a result, he has keen knowledge of the industry that is remarkable. Anuj has identified the market gap and lack of knowledge among the property owners and renters. The vision to spread awareness encouraged him to do his own start-up and that is how A Cube Rentals Ltd has been born.
